General All novelty cakes feed about 30 sometimes less; we do not offer exact dimensions as each cake is hand crafted. Our customers have always been delighted with our cake portions. Our Madeira sponge cakes are made with buttercream and jam; chocolate buttercream is used in our chocolate novelty cakes. We do not use nuts in our sponge and chocolate cakes but there may be nut traces present. Our fruit cake does contain nuts and alcohol and all cakes may be made with vegetable fats and contain dairy products.

Wedding Cakes

We want your wedding cake to be a special as your wedding day, and we will work with you to ensure that your cake is exactly how you want it.  Wherever possible you should order your wedding cake for the day before it is required.  Prices on wedding cakes do vary depending on the design and flavour; prices start from £180 for a stacked three tier cake.

Cake Storage and Shelf Life

All cakes should be stored in a cool dark place on a flat sturdy surface. Never put cakes in the fridge other than fresh dairy cream cakes. Sponge and chocolate cakes will keep for 5 days after collection. Fruitcake lasts perfectly well for months.
